The Foundation promotes education in law and aviation, providing scholarships for university undergraduate students or recent graduates in Hong Kong.
Dr. Lily Fenn Education Foundation Limited presents a Youth Flying Scholarship (“YFS”) referred to as “Dr. Lily Fenn Youth Flying Scholarship” annually for flight training up to the Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) level at West London Aero Club managed by White Waltham Airfield Ltd., U.K. The Youth Flying Scholarship has a maximum value of £18,000.00 per award.
